Our warranty is structured into two stages for maximum assurance:

First Year – Replacement Guarantee: If your appliance develops a non-repairable manufacturing defect within the first year of purchase, Fiorenta will provide a full replacement unit at no cost.

Second Year – Free Repair Service: During the second year, Fiorenta covers the cost of parts and labor required to repair any genuine manufacturing or technical fault, ensuring your appliance continues to perform at its best.

This warranty applies across our full range of built-in appliances, with specific coverage outlined below:

1. Built-in Cooktops (Gas and Ceramic)

• Coverage: Heating zones, induction coils, gas burners, ignition systems, glass surfaces (for manufacturing defects only), and control knobs.

• First Year: Replacement in case of critical defects.

• Second Year: Free repairs for technical faults such as ignition failure, electronic malfunction, or uneven heating.

• Exclusions: Glass breakage caused by impact, scratches from inappropriate cookware, and damage resulting from improper cleaning or spillage.

2. Built-in Ovens

• Coverage: Heating elements, fan systems, thermostats, electronic control panels, oven doors, and sealing gaskets.

• First Year: Replacement of the unit if major defects cannot be repaired.

• Second Year: Free repair for heating or electrical failures, electronic malfunctions, or seal replacements.

• Exclusions: Issues caused by incorrect installation (ventilation gaps), misuse of self-cleaning functions, or use beyond standard household cooking.

3. Built-in Microwaves

• Coverage: Magnetrons, electronic boards, timers, displays, internal lights, and control buttons.

• First Year: Replacement in case of non-repairable technical faults.

• Second Year: Free repair for defects in the magnetron or electronic systems.

• Exclusions: Cosmetic damage (scratches, stains), damage from inappropriate containers, and misuse of grill/convection functions.

4. Range Hoods

• Coverage: Internal motors, fans, control switches, and electronic panels.

• First Year: Full replacement in case of unrepairable defects.

• Exclusions: Blockages from improper loading, damage from hard water/limescale, or the use of unsuitable detergents.

6. Built-in Refrigerators

• Coverage: Compressors, cooling circuits, control panels, sensors, and thermostats.

• First Year: Replacement of the refrigerator if unrepairable defects occur.

• Second Year: Free repairs for cooling performance issues, thermostat problems, or compressor malfunctions.

• Exclusions: Food loss due to power cuts, cosmetic dents or scratches, and damage from overloading or misuse.

General Conditions

• - Valid for domestic household use only.

• - Installation must be carried out by authorized professionals.

• - Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for service.

• - Unauthorized repairs or non-genuine spare parts will void the warranty.

• - Transportation damage after delivery is not covered.
